Refresher Course Program is required for candidates who have failed two (2) complete CPA Examinations. A candidate required to take a refresher course program needs to enroll and obtain a refresher certificate from a higher educational institution (College or University) recognized by CHED and accredited by the PRC-BOA to provide refresher course programs, such as La Consolacion College - Manila (LCCM) or Liceo de Cagayan, before they can take another set of CPA examination. The refresher certificate is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue.
